  Products will be exchanged if returned within fourteen days from date of purchase provided the items have not been used, are in original packaging and are accompanied with the original invoice or receipt.

  Items purchased during promotions or sale period will be exchanged if returned within 7 days from date of purchase provided the items have not been used, are in original packaging and are accompanied with the original invoice or receipt.

  No refunds are permitted. Unwrapped bed linen and unpacked mattresses cannot be exchanged.
